Carter × Yuken Group was founded in 2026 as a Miami commercial real estate division — not three separate businesses under a shared name, but one team with visibility into every stage of a property's life: brokerage, management, and advisory. We operate under Premier Elite Realty, a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida.
That means a client's relationship with us doesn't end at the closing table. A deal that starts in brokerage can move straight into management or advisory, without ever changing hands. We're a small group by design: fewer clients, deeper coverage, longer memories.
